In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons.

:: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. :: Max 2 Pets. Please advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. :: Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. :: Owners must pick up outside after their pet. We appreciate you picking up after them in consideration of future guests. Please place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. :: Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. :: Hot Tub. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. DO NOT get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee.

We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given.

Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
