The home is thoughtfully designed with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat with a King size bed and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom provides a comfortable Queen size bed. For your entertainment, each bedroom is equipped with its own streaming TV, and an additional streaming TV is located in the living room for cozy movie nights.

Step outside to find a large backyard designed for relaxation, featuring outdoor dining and a fire pit that allow guests to enjoy Tucson's moderate climate year-round.

Located in the heart of the city, this home provides guests with easy access to the best of Tucson, Arizona. You will be perfectly positioned for visits to the University of Arizona, Banner Healthcare, and the diverse array of the city's finest dining establishments and downtown attractions.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (no cats) for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee
• Scheduling: Early check-ins, late check-outs, and trip extensions must be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance. Due to a narrow 5-hour cleaning window, early check-in or late check-out may be purchased at a rate of $20 per hour.
• Pricing: The posted price is the best available rate. Automatic discounts are applied for weekly (10%) and monthly (20%) stays.
• Policies: No exceptions are made to the published cancellation policy; trip insurance is recommended. Guests are required to contact the host regarding any issues during the stay to allow them the opportunity to cure the problem before leaving a review or requesting a discount.
