The sleeping arrangements include one full double bedroom and a separate room with 2 single beds, with the additional flexibility of a sofa bed in the living room. The space is completed by one modern bathroom equipped with a shower.

The interior is characterized by tasteful décor and a bright, open-concept living area. This space integrates a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that all face the pool. Guests can enjoy the convenience of indoor living or choose to have meals and late afternoon drinks in the dedicated exterior meal space by the pool.

• Late Check-in Fees: €30.00 from 20:00 to 23:00; €60.00 after 23:00

House Rules & Policies:

• No pets allowed regardless of size or behavior
• No parties or loud music permitted
• Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00
• No additional guests permitted without express management permission
• A mandatory pre-arrival form must be completed by all guests
• Tourist Tax: €4.00 per person per night (max €28.00 per person); children under 13 are exempt. This must be paid before the check-in date.

Additional Details: This is a self-catering property. Fresh linen, towels, and basic soap and toilet paper for the first 1-2 days are provided. Airport transfers, day trips, and the hire of baby or beach equipment (including cots and high chairs for a small charge) can be arranged in advance.
