We’re thrilled to host you at Casa de Rock, your retro rock 'n' roll getaway in the heart of Tucson. This space has been lovingly prepared to feel like home. All we ask is that you treat it with care and respect so every guest can enjoy the same great experience.

To help keep things easy and respectful for you, our neighbors, and our team, here are the important details.

Shoes Off Indoors Please remove shoes inside to preserve the clean floors, rugs, and furnishings.

Quiet Hours Outdoor quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Fire pit chats are welcome, but louder sounds should move indoors. If you plan a gathering, reach out in advance so we can coordinate with neighbors and support a smooth experience.

Check-in and Check-out Check-in is any time after 3 PM Complimentary early check-in up to 1 hour if available Early check-in as early as 10 AM is available for $75 Check-out is at 10 AM Late check-out until 3 PM is $75 Unapproved late check-out may result in a $50 fee per 15 minutes

Guest Count The home accommodates up to 4 guests Please get approval for any additional overnight guests Unapproved extra guests may incur a $25 per person per night fee

Pet Policy Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $50 cleaning fee per pet No cats due to allergies Please clean up after your pet. A $50 per waste left behind may be charged post-stay Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Violations may result in up to a $1500 upholstery cleaning fee

No Indoor Smoking Smoking is permitted only in the backyard Please stay away from open windows and use the ashtray provided Evidence of indoor smoking may result in a $600 cleaning and ozone treatment fee

Photoshoots and Productions All content creation and filming must be approved in advance Special rates apply for production use

Events and Gatherings Events must be pre-approved Unauthorized gatherings may result in a $500 fine or reservation cancellation

Cleaning Expectations Trash exceeding the provided bins may incur a $100 removal fee Outdoor spills or messes requiring deep cleaning may result in a $300 fee If excessive cleaning is required beyond normal turnover, a $150 to $300 fee may apply

Outdoor Space Enjoy the large private backyard with a fire pit, party lights, and lounge seating Do not move or drag furniture Do not water plants or pour anything on them. Damages will be billed per landscaper invoice

Damage and Lost Items Please report any damage so we can fix it before the next guest Lost remote controls: $50 Missing or stained linens: $25 to $100 depending on item Missing or damaged throw blankets or décor: $40 to $100 Damage to games, fire pit, or outdoor features: $100 to $300

Security and Safety The home has exterior security cameras for guest safety Do not tamper with security devices or smart systems. This may result in a $250 reset fee Unauthorized access to locked storage will result in a $350 fee

Biohazard and Health If bodily fluids require cleaning (vomit, urine, blood), a $250 professional sanitation fee may apply

HVAC, Doors, and Windows Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioning or heating is on Leaving them open for long periods may cause pest or HVAC issues. A $100 fee may apply

Decor and Wall Use Do not use nails, tape, hooks, or adhesives on walls or furnishings Damages or repainting will be charged starting at $150

Deliveries We are not responsible for misdelivered packages. Let us know if you're expecting anything and we’ll advise on secure delivery options

Wi-Fi and Smart Systems Do not adjust or unplug routers or smart home devices Guest interference requiring a reset may incur a $250 fee

Parking Free off-street parking is provided in front of the home Please contact us ahead of time if you're bringing a trailer or oversized vehicle
