Zero-Tolerance for Parties or Gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy therefore parties, gatherings, or other events are not permitted. A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized parties, gatherings, or other events on top of any damage fees. Please respect the space, the owners, and the neighbors.

Quiet Hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and are strictly enforced. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. We want you to have a good time, just don't hold a party or make loud noises (screaming, loud music, howling at the moon, etc.). Please respect our home and neighbors.

Absolutely No Smoking. Absolutely NO smoking of tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance in or around the property. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Absolutely No Pets or animals. Pets are not permitted. Thank you for understanding. No breakable dishes and/or glasses in or near the pool & hot tub. Please refrain from using glassware in or around the pool. Plastic dishes and cups have been provided for this purpose.

Overnight Guests Not Permitted. Unless they are included on the initial reservation, overnight guests are not permitted. Our maximum guest number is 6. Any additional guest(s) inside the home at any time (other than those listed in the original reservation) must be disclosed prior to entry. In other words, it’s fine if you have a guest over for dinner—just let us know beforehand and ensure they don’t stay the night.

Your Belongings. We are not responsible for your belongings, including but not limited to any belongings left in your vehicles parked in the driveway or on the street. Please ensure that you take all belongings with you when you leave the property.

Property care. Please remove shoes while inside - this will help protect the handmade Saltillo tile and handwoven Moroccan rugs. Also please refrain from rearranging the furniture.

Please Clean Up After Yourself. While the property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, we kindly ask that you do your part to clean up after yourself prior to leaving. Please do not leave trash outside of garbage cans and do not leave trash in bags outdoors (this will invite wild animals.)

Wildlife. The house is located near the Catalina Mountains and surrounded by nature. This means there are many wild animals in the area such as: javelinas (pigs), coyotes, bobcats, snakes, jackrabbits and many others. These animals and plants are a native part of the Sonoran desert but can be dangerous. Please do not allow children to explore unattended and stay aware of your surroundings. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others during your stay.

Liability Waiver: By booking a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pool & Hot Tub: Pools and hot tubs can be dangerous. People can be severely injured or drown if the pool or hot tub is not properly used. By booking this property, all guests agree to ensure and acknowledge that they, their guests, and all other occupants will strictly adhere to the following safe practices: (a) no diving into the pool or hot tub; (b) no intoxicated persons will use the pool or hot tub; (c) children may never be left unattended when or where they may gain access to the pool or hot tub — even for a few seconds; (d) adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14; (e) all drink and food must be in unbreakable containers; no glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub; (f) no use of the pool after 10:00 p.m.; (g) there is no lifeguard on duty—all guests, their guests, and any other occupants must swim at their own risk; (h) the access gate to the pool area will never be propped open and will remain closed except when entering and exiting the pool area; and (i) all guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the host, and the host’s employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, accrued or unaccrued, or otherwise, that any guest, member of any guests’ household, guest’s guests, invitees, or other occupants has, may have, or will ever have at any time against the host or the host’s employees, agents, successors, or assigns resulting from use of the pool and hot tub. Neither the host nor the host’s employees, agents, successors or assigns can assure the safety of persons using a property with a pool or hot tub. As a consequence, all guests assume liability for pool or hot tub use by themselves, their guests, and all other occupants during their stay.

Duration: This agreement is in effect from the time and date of the confirmation of your booking and remains in effect through the duration of your stay. Your right to use the property begins when you arrive at the property on the first day of your stay and ends at 11:00 a.m. of the final day of your stay.
