According to the property configuration, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, with 2 bathrooms, providing enough space to accommodate up to 12 guests. The main floor features an open-concept living area and two bedrooms, including a master suite featuring a king bed and a large jetted tub. The upper level boasts a spacious loft with additional sleeping arrangements, including three twin beds, a full bed, and a futon couch, along with a catwalk leading to a quaint, private deck overlooking the river. A small video library and DVD player are also located in the loft, while a basement laundry room provides convenience for longer stays.

• Fire Safety: Fire danger is high. Never leave the outdoor fire pit unattended and ensure coals are fully extinguished. Do not light fires during high winds.
• River Safety: River currents can be strong in late spring and early summer; children must be supervised at all times.
• Security: One exterior camera is located near the front entryway.
• Parking: Ample parking is available in the roundabout driveway.
