Please note that the pool is heated via a heat pump which utilizes warm outside air; consequently, the pool will not be as warm during the cooler months from mid-November through March. Please be aware that pool heating is subject to weather conditions and equipment functionality, and no refunds are provided for malfunctions or weather-related issues, including temperatures below 50 degrees.
