1. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Any reservation made with the intent to host a party will be canceled immediately with no refund.

2. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to enter or stay overnight at the property. Visitors who are not registered are not allowed inside the apartment at any time.

3. Accurate Guest Count: Guests must provide an accurate number of occupants, including children aged 2 years and above. Only the declared number of guests may stay overnight. Additional bed linens can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

4. Check-In Time: Check-in is after 15:00. Early check-in may be requested and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

5. Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Guests remaining on the property after check-out time without written approval will be charged the full daily rate. Late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability and additional fees. Return the keys in the lockbox if available.

6. Quiet Hours & Neighbor Respect: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours:

• Summer Period (April 1 – September 30): 15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00
• Winter Period (October 1 – March 31): 15:30 – 17:30 & 22:30 – 07:30

7. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a €150 penalty for cleaning and deodorizing.

8. No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

9. Keys & Lock Policy: Guests must ensure keys are not left in the lock. Any lost or damaged keys must be reported immediately. The cost of replacing locks, keys, or related services will be charged to the guest.

After entering, lock the main door from the inside using the lock. Do not engage the sliding safety door unless you need to check who is outside. Important: If the sliding safety door is locked, we cannot access the apartment in case of emergency, so please keep it unlocked when not in use.

Upon check-out, please return the keys to the designated lockbox (if applicable). Do not leave the keys inside the apartment or in the key holder behind the door. Ensure the keys are securely placed in the lockbox before departure.

10. Sheets, Towels & Property Care: Guests are responsible for keeping all white sheets and towels free of stains or damage. Any stains, damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged accordingly. Please avoid moving furniture or decorations without prior approval.

11. Damage to Property: Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment, furniture, equipment, or common areas caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible.

12. Guests’ Belongings: Guests are responsible for locking the apartment when leaving. The owner or management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

13. Hazardous or Illegal Items: Bringing, storing, or using combustible, hazardous, illegal, or objectionable materials inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests will be held fully liable for any resulting damage or legal consequences.

14. Commercial Use: Commercial activities (including photoshoots, video shoots, business use, or events) are only permitted with prior written consent from the owner or management. Different rates may apply.

15. Mail & Package Delivery: Shipping packages or mail to the property is not permitted. The owner or management is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items.

16. Utilities & Security: When leaving the apartment, please turn off all lights, appliances, heating, and air conditioning, and ensure the door is securely locked.

17. Children & Safety: Children must always be supervised by parents or guardians, especially on balconies, stairs, and near low walls. Children must not climb on furniture or railings. The owner or management assumes no liability for accidents resulting from a lack of supervision.

18. Legal Requirements: In accordance with local regulations, the passport number of the booking guest is required. Greek citizens must also provide their AFM number.

19. Maintenance & Access Authorization: By reporting any issue, guests authorize the property owner or management to access the apartment as reasonably necessary to resolve it. In urgent situations, access may be required without prior notice.

20. Compliance with House Rules: Booking the property constitutes agreement to these House Rules. Any violations may result in cancellation of the reservation, immediate termination of stay without refund, and charges for damages, penalties, fees, costs, or additional expenses.
