WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS. If your vehicle has minimal ground clearance or highway tires, even if it's an all-wheel drive vehicle, you MAY get stuck. We are not liable for driving conditions or guests getting stuck if they are not driving appropriate vehicles with appropriate tires and/or do not follow our driving directions. We can certainly refer you to a tow or plow company at your cost and tow/plow company's schedule/availability, should you need it. The county plows the roads. Please look at updated weather and road conditions, as sometimes the pass is closed temporarily while the county catches up on plowing. We will do our best to have the driveway plowed after every 6+ inches of snowfall. Please note that we are at the mercy of the snow plow company’s schedule. We highly recommend bringing a shovel for emergencies. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot be held liable for driving conditions.
We do not refund for anything outside of our complete control.
THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! Additional fees will be assessed if signs of pets are found upon departure inspection.

DEPART ON TIME. Check out time is ABSOLUTELY NO LATER THAN 10:00 a.m., unless a different time has been previously agreed upon. DO YOUR DISHES. If there is a dishwasher, put all used dishes in the dishwasher, add detergent, and turn on. No dishwasher? Then please wash them by hand. Do NOT leave any dirty dishes!
TAKE YOUR GARBAGE OUT. Dispose of all garbage as directed in access instructions. NO TRASH LEFT BEHIND!
GATHER USED TOWELS. Put all used towels in the laundry room. Start at least one load of laundry. Leave the used beds unmade, and our housekeepers will take care of that for you.

LOCK DOORS/WINDOWS. Make sure the home is locked up and secure.

The cleaning fee you have paid will provide for normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation up to the last moment.
We are not looking for a reason to fine you, but additional fees will be assessed to cover additional labor hours/costs if check-out instructions are not followed.
