Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated. The primary guest booking the home must be at least 25 years of age. For stays of 21 days or more, a $500 utility deposit is required, and utility caps apply; overages will be charged to the card on file.

All reservations require the submission of a driver's license and selfie via Guest Ranger and a signed rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Additionally, last-minute reservations or bookings by Arizona residents may be subject to a background check and screening fee. The reservation holder must occupy the home unless approved in advance.

Strict restrictions are in place to maintain the quality of the home: pets are not allowed, and no smoking is permitted anywhere inside, outside, or on the premises (including marijuana and vape pens). A $1000 fee applies for any evidence of smoking. No large gatherings are permitted, and no mailbox access is granted. Please be aware that homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke, and are inspected every 30 days for maintenance.

Note: The fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee; please request this 48 hours prior to arrival.
