This contemporary accommodation is designed to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master double room equipped with a memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort, its own TV, and an en-suite toilet. Two additional twin rooms provide ample space, each featuring a wardrobe and small bedside cabinet. For extra flexibility, a single blow-up bed is available in the lounge area.

The interior boasts a modern design, with a lounge featuring comfy bench sofas with large cushions and a large wall-mounted plasma TV for cozy family days. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a standard oven, hobs, microwave, and a full-size fridge freezer, along with a dishwasher for added convenience. Outside, a large gated decking area wraps around the caravan, providing a prime spot for real chill time when the sun is shining.

Located in a small beach village, you are only a 4-5 minute walk from 7 miles of stunning sand and sea. The property is incredibly well-positioned, with the play area and park entertainment just a 1-2 minute walk away. The surrounding Holiday Park is packed with fun for all ages, including swimming pools, go-karts, mini golf, and soft play. Nearby, the historic town of Rye is a 5-minute drive away, offering cobbled streets and quaint tearooms, while the lively fishing port of Hastings is reachable within 30 minutes.

• Electric Vehicles: Charging for EVs, e-bikes, and electric scooters is strictly prohibited.
