This comfortable space is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a cozy king-size bed and a versatile queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The layout is completed by 1 spacious bathroom, ensuring a relaxing end to your day of exploration.

Located approximately ½ mile from downtown, you will enjoy seamless access to the West Entrance of the park, as well as local breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor outfitters. From here, you can follow the scenic Madison River toward Madison Junction to witness iconic geothermal features and wildlife. Guests can easily reach highlights such as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, and the Norris Geyser Basin, all within an hour's drive. During the winter, the area transforms into a snowy playground perfect for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing on the World-Renowned Rendezvous Ski Trails, or tubing.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Keyless entry code sent at 3:00 PM on arrival day)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (All guests and possessions must be off the premises by this time)
• Policies: No smoking, no outside fires, and no pets allowed. A $1,000 fine applies for bringing pets. This is a pet-free property, including emotional support animals; only qualifying service animals are permitted.
• Departure Instructions: Please leave all used beds alone and place used bathroom towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. Turn all thermostats down to 50 degrees (do not turn them off).
• Minimum age to book: 18

Please note that the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is open seasonally, typically from the third Saturday in April through November 1st, and again for oversnow travel from mid-December to mid-March. We recommend confirming park dates prior to booking.
