This single-level home is designed for ease and relaxation, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a guest capacity of up to 6 people. The layout consists of two separate units; guests have exclusive access to the upper unit via the front porch, as well as exclusive use of the outside yard, decks, and hot tub. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished to provide a cozy ambiance, while large windows flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

In general, please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful of our rules, the neighbors, and our local community here at the base of the Tetons.

:: The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. :: Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. :: NO EVENTS ALLOWED (No parties, large gatherings, weddings, etc.). :: NO SMOKING or VAPING in the home or on the decks. Please dispose of butts appropriately. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. :: Hot Tub. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. DO NOT get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee.

We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given.

Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. Minimum $500 fine for: smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
