For additional guests, there is a leather queen sleeper sofa located in both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms.

This historic home is rich with original character, including a cozy fireplace in each master bedroom and each living room. Guests will appreciate the convenience of having two kitchens and two laundry areas. One of the most standout features is the wonderful private courtyard located off the main floor kitchen, which is fully gated and fenced for ultimate privacy and relaxation.
