For those arriving by air, the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport is a 15 to 20 minute drive, while the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry terminals are 20 to 25 minutes away. Local breakfast options abound, from the Sandy Buns Bakery & Cafe in West End to the breakfast buffet at Infinity Bay Resort in West Bay.

Note that there is no generator in the villa during unexpected island power outages. Also, be aware of ongoing construction next to the property which may cause noise during your stay.

Please make sure you read, understand, and agree to the House Rules below:
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier (charges may apply for requests with different times).
- There is no damage deposit, so please be careful with the owner's house. The house is delivered clean, return it as clean as possible (charges apply for damages or stains on linens found at check-out). Please do not remove pillow or bed protectors.
- No parties or for-profit businesses that create undue traffic and/or parking problems.
- Tenants must control their guests at all times and not allow loud music or any other disturbance that is considered a nuisance to the neighbors. Fireworks are prohibited.
- If something happens, please let us know promptly, communication is key to avoiding misunderstandings.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and residents.
- Subletting is not permitted.
- Please note that at any time HOA owners or managers may call the police or BullDog Security to remedy the situation if one occurs.
- Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay.
- Tenants must promptly remove any garbage or debris on their property and keep the property clean.
- Please do not put dirty dishes away. If there are any, leave them in the kitchen sink.
- Tips for the cleaning staff are welcome.
- We suggest that you pick up your preferred items in your purchases before your arrival at the villa.
- Please be aware of electricity and water consumption. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains on permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply. Ask us for more details.
- Please consider reusing towels whenever possible to help conserve our valuable energy and resources.
- Remember to leave the sand on the beach, not inside the villa. We provide buckets of water at the entrance for your convenience (where applicable).
- For your safety, do not bring glass objects into the pool area.
- All guests in the community pool area must abide by the posted pool rules (where applicable).
- When using the washer and dryer, please do not overload them with clothes to maintain their proper operation.
- Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed.
