Important Guest Information: Primary renter must be 25+ and present for entire stay. Additional guest screening may be required. Extra fees apply for guests 12-16 (please inquire). No air conditioning available. Strictly no pets allowed due to owner allergies - violation results in immediate removal without refunds. Noise monitors are installed on deck areas to ensure respectful enjoyment. Extended stays of 14+ days require additional cleaning fees, and stays of 21+ days include a $1,000 refundable security deposit returned within seven days when house rules are followed.
