As this is a vacation home, a starter kit of complimentary supplies is provided (including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish supplies, and basic toiletries per bathroom). To avoid contamination, no seasonings or food are provided. While bath, hand, and pool towels are supplied based on guest count, washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own.
For property protection and regulatory compliance, independent verification is required. Guests may choose between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver for $35.00 to protect against accidental damage during the booking. You cannot be wrong with this one!

🐾 Unauthorized Pets Pets are not allowed unless previously approved. A USD 250 fee applies for any unapproved pet.
Temporary Vacation Occupancy Policy
This property is offered for temporary vacation and travel accommodations only.
Guests must vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the scheduled checkout date, unless a different checkout time has been expressly approved in writing by Unik Villas.
Reservations do not automatically renew or extend. Any request to extend a stay must be submitted in advance and is subject to availability, written approval, and confirmation through the applicable booking platform.
Guests may not remain at the property beyond their authorized reservation period.
For stays of 28 nights or longer, guests may be required to enter into a separate temporary occupancy agreement, where permitted by applicable law and booking-platform policies. Any such requirement and agreement will be disclosed before booking.
Any unauthorized continued occupancy will be addressed through the applicable booking platform and lawful procedures under Florida law.
