• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Secure digital self-check-in)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: On-site parking available at $5/day per vehicle, payable at the security gate
• Restrictions: No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or large gatherings. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, and mopeds are not permitted on the property.
• Maintenance Notice: Balcony access will not be permitted from 09/12/2026 to 01/16/2026 due to building maintenance.
