Because the land surrounding the cabins is a working farm we have a VERY STRICT NO PET POLICY. This does include service animals. We have family members with very severe pet allergies that will also stay in the cabins throughout the year.

Maximum Occupancy Limit: 6 registered guests per cabin. → Exceeding guest limit will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

No Parties or Events Gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. → $250 fee + immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

Quiet Hours Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. → Please enjoy the long Montana days (especially in the summer), but recognize how far noise travels in the openness of Big Sky Country. Please be respectful of guests in neighboring cabins and farms. Noise complaints may result in a $100 fee or removal from property.

No Smoking / Vaping Indoors or Near the Property Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabins or anywhere on the property. → Each cabin is equipped with smoke and vape detectors. Fire danger is very real in Montana, especially on a farm, so we kindly ask all guests to respect this rule for everyone’s safety. $250 cleaning fee for violations.

Pet Policy No pets are allowed. → We know pets are part of the family, but we don’t allow animals of any kind in the cabins or on the property, including service animals. This helps us protect guests with allergies and maintain the quality of our space. Bringing a pet will result in a $250 fee and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Thanks for understanding and respecting this policy.

Use of Fire Pits & Grills Use only designated propane fire pits and grills on the back deck. Please do not move the fire pit or grill from its designated place on the deck, and never leave fires unattended. → Guests are responsible for any fire-related damage or violations.

Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM → Late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee unless pre-approved.

No Unauthorized Visitors For the privacy and safety of all guests, only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’d like to have a visitor during your stay, please reach out to us in advance for approval. → A $100 fee will be charged for each unapproved visitor.

Property Care & Respect Please treat the space as you would your own. → Damages, theft, or excessive cleaning needs may result in additional charges.

Violation of Any Rule May result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
