Please note that a quiet long-term tenant lives in the basement unit with separate outdoor entrance and no internal connection to the main house. The upstairs balcony is unavailable during winter due to snow accumulation.

Important house rules include: no events or large parties, 20 MPH speed limit on surrounding roads, turning off all lights at night to preserve the valley's beautiful dark skies, and being respectful to the local community. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
