The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. One of the most enchanting aspects of the property is the 'tower,' a secret hideaway that serves as a perfect imaginative play space for children or a secluded, private reading nook for adults seeking a moment of tranquility.

Inside, the living room is anchored by large picture windows that frame a stunning view of the waves rolling in, allowing you to experience the beauty of the coast from the comfort of your sofa. Step outside onto the outdoor deck to breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the breeze, where a private gas grill is available for outdoor cooking and alfresco dining.

Location and Neighborhood: The Sandy Spur is perfectly positioned for beach lovers, with a convenient path to the shoreline located just two blocks from the house. Guests can stroll along a breathtaking 10-mile stretch of beach, admiring the rolling waves. For those craving local flavors, a walk along the sand leads toward the Surfside Restaurant, known for its fish tacos and stuffed French toast. Further exploration reveals local art galleries and the Waterfront Depot, famous for its crab-crusted halibut. For the adventurous, the Siuslaw River is only six miles away for fishing, and deep-sea fishing charters depart daily from Florence and Coos Bay. Additionally, a 27-mile drive south brings you to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, where you can watch ATVs and dune buggies navigate the massive sand dunes.
