Please be mindful of the ongoing construction at Mountain Green Resort - expect work typically between 7am and 5pm on weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend activity. Stay clear of scaffolding and construction areas. The construction team may request access to your unit with advance notice.
Parking in the dirt lot behind Building 3 is available for extra parking, but please do not use the 2-hour zone for longer stays or overnight parking (November-April) - vehicles in violation will be towed to allow for snow removal. Do not park behind Building 2.
If you lose a key card for the fitness center or pool, please report it immediately - replacement cards are charged at up to $45 each.
For stays longer than 30 nights, you'll be required to sign an additional lease agreement sent to your email within 48 hours of booking. Your check-in information will be held until we receive your electronic signature, and your reservation will be canceled if the agreement is not signed within 10 days of booking.
