Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in Bedroom 1, a King bed and Full bunk bed in Bedroom 2 (sleeping 4-6), a King bed in Bedroom 3, and an XL bunk bed in Bedroom 4. For additional flexibility, three cots are available in the primary closet along with a Pack N Play.

Inside, the open-concept floor plan offers plenty of room to spread out. The vaulted great room centers around a stunning stone fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen—complete with double ovens, a coffee bar, and a generous island—makes preparing group meals a breeze. For entertainment, one of the upstairs bedrooms includes a dedicated gaming area with consoles and gaming chairs.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. The large back deck features a hot tub that seats six with river views, a BBQ, and ample seating. Guests can relax in Adirondack chairs or gather around the fire pit. The property also provides two paddle boards and three kayaks for exploring the water.
