The master suite serves as a private sanctuary with a King bed and a huge tub with a separate shower. The second bedroom provides additional flexibility with two queen beds and separate access to the second bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and A/C to ensure a relaxing stay.

Living spaces are expansive and inviting, featuring a large dining and living area with comfortable couches and a huge smart TV. This area opens seamlessly to an enormous patio, perfect for taking in the coastal breeze. For your convenience, the home includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a dedicated laundry room stocked with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, beach towels, and a cooler. As a thoughtful touch, the owners provide an extra fridge with condiments for your use.

While the structured amenities list is currently limited, the complex is described as a secure and joyful environment. Guests can enjoy access to a large air-conditioned gym, tennis and pickleball courts, three pools with accompanying hot tubs, and covered dining and grilling facilities. The three pools also feature swim-up bars equipped with sinks, fridges, and ice-makers for hosting friends and family, along with plenty of lounges under palms and umbrellas.

Perfectly situated for convenience, the property is only fifteen minutes from the international San José airport. Within a five to eight minute walk, you will find restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. A short drive or Uber ride takes you to the historic and cultural hub of San José, where you can experience the famous Thursday evening Art Walk featuring music, wine tasting, and food.
