Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this unit is accessed via stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. This is a functional mountain condo rather than a luxury resort property, and it is best suited for stays of 30+ nights. Guests must adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property or within 20 feet of the building. Pets are absolutely not allowed. A $300 security deposit hold is applied the day before arrival, and cancellations must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
