Casago Yellowstone House Rules ✅Casago Yellowstone Rental Agreement—The reservation holder must sign the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking and or at least 12 hours before arrival, whichever is less. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old. ✅ Occupancy & Guest Rules—Only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties, large gatherings, or commercial use of the property without pre-approval by the management company. ✅ Damage & Fees—The $69 Damage Waiver Fee paid with your reservation covers minor accidental damage but does not cover intentional damage or excessive cleaning needs. Lost Remotes: Replacement cost + $49 ordering fee. Moved furniture: A $50 fee applies if items need to be returned to their original position. Hot tub cleaning fee: $150 if excessive cleaning is required due to guest negligence. ✅ Pets Policy 🐾—Pets are NOT allowed UNLESS staying in a PET-FRIENDLY specified home. Bringing unauthorized pets, including cats, will result in a $1,500 fine and immediate termination of the reservation. PET-FRIENDLY HOMES: Only dogs are permitted. Cats and all other animals are not allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing 40 pounds or less, is permitted. Dogs must be house-trained, are not allowed on furniture or beds, may not be left unattended (unless kenneled), and owners must clean up after them. A $100 fee will be assessed if pet waste is left on the premises. All dogs must be disclosed to Casago Yellowstone prior to arrival. ✅ Smoking/Vaping 🚭—No smoking or vaping inside the property, including patios/decks. $1,500 cleaning fee for violations. ✅ Trash & Wildlife Awareness 🐻—Be sure all trash is bagged prior to putting into provided bear-proof trash containers Do not leave food, trash, or coolers outside—this attracts bears. Guests may encounter wildlife, including bears, moose, elk, and other native animals. Be wildlife-aware and take precautions. ✅ Parking & Vehicles 🚗—No RVs, camper trailers, or tents unless approved in advance. $50 per day for RVs or trailers using power. Offsite parking violations are the guest's responsibility. ✅ Noise & Firearms Ordinance 🔇—Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Fremont County Noise Ordinance). It is illegal to discharge firearms on the property. ✅ Fire Pits, Fireplaces & Safety 🔥— Fires must be in designated fire pits only and never left unattended. Call to check local burn restrictions before starting a fire. ✅ Hot Tub Rules ♨️—All hot tub rules are posted and must be followed. ✅ Internet & Technology—Internet access is provided, but guests are responsible for its proper and legal use. Casago Yellowstone is not liable for outages or misuse of the network. ✅ Weather & Seasonal Considerations ❄️☀️️—No A/C in most homes – open windows at night to cool down in summer. Winter access may be limited due to snowfall—plowing of county roads is managed by local companies, and we do not control plow schedules. Plowing of driveways is managed by Casago Yellowstone. Please reach out if you need additional plowing during your stay. Do not park under roof eaves—falling snow/ice can cause injury or damage. ✅ Please use Bathroom towels for indoor use only. Specific blue and white “Hot Tub” towels are provided for hot tubs and none of the provided towels are to be taken off premises or used for other outdoor use. ✅ Please do not strip beds. Leave any used beds unmade on the day of departure and our housekeeping staff will strip and remake beds. This helps maintain our strict cleaning standards. ✅ Please place all used towels, hand towels, etc., in the provided laundry baskets, shower floors or laundry room per unit’s specific check-out instructions. ✅ All dishes must be cleaned and returned to their proper place. ✅ Refrigerator and stove/oven must be emptied, cleaned, and in the same condition as when you arrived. ✅ Guest Conduct & Property Use—No disorderly or unlawful behavior. No tampering with wiring or electronics. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times. Guests must allow Casago Yellowstone access for repairs, inspections, or maintenance. ✅ Liability & Waivers—Guests assume all risks when using amenities such as hot tubs, fire pits, and waterfront features. Guests using boat docks, marinas, or watercraft do so at their own risk. Casago Yellowstone is not responsible for lost/damaged belongings. ✅ Legal Notices ⚖️- Casago Yellowstone reserves the right to remove guests for non-compliance with rules, without refund.
