The home is designed for versatility and comfort, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is a true retreat with a king bed and a private bath equipped with a dual vanity and a stand-in shower. Guest bedroom #1 provides two queen beds and access to a shared full bath with a stand-in shower, while guest bedroom #2 features a queen bed and shares the same bathroom facilities. The interior layout is a convenient single story, though please note there are stairs leading to the front door (accessible without stairs via the garage).

The heart of the home is an open-concept combination of the kitchen, dining, and living areas, which flow seamlessly toward the outdoors. To ensure your comfort, a mini split A/C unit is located in the living room; guests are encouraged to keep bedroom doors open during the day with fans on to circulate cool air and open windows at night to enjoy the crisp mountain breeze.

Outside, you can relax and unwind on the spacious back porch and take in the scenery. The backyard is thoughtfully equipped for leisure and includes:

• Propane firepit sitting area with Adirondack chairs
• Propane grill

• High table with additional seating
• Safety fence around the majority of the backyard with a side gate separating the area from the pond

Located right next to a body of water, the property is ideal for those who love nature. You can enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, fishing in the pond, and golfing at scenic courses. Because of the proximity to water, guests should expect to encounter bugs outdoors, particularly during the warmer summer months.
