House rules include turning off all lights at night to preserve the valley's beautiful dark skies, driving 20 MPH on all roads around the house, and no events or large parties. The television is streaming capable, but guests must provide their own logins as cable is not provided. Please be aware that construction projects may occur in the growing neighborhood.
