No Daily Cleaning. For privacy and security of our guests, daily cleaning is not provided. Owner requests limiting food and drinks to the kitchen area to protect the flooring updates recently done.

Absolutely NO Smoking Indoors. A minimum $500 restoration fee will result in any evidence of smoking. The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking indoors. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any open window, entrance-way, exit, or air intake of a building where smoking is not permitted. Electronic cigarettes may not be used inside of buildings.

Absolutely NO Pets, Bikes or Sports Equipment. A minimum $500 restoration fee will result in any evidence of pets, bikes or sports equipment in the room. The building Codes, Covenants & Restrictions prohibits pets, bikes & sports equipment in the building.

Pay for the plan you desire High-speed Wireless Internet. Internet is available to all guests.

World Class Amenities Available. Guest enjoy a year round indoor pool and jacuzzi with complete access to the fitness center.

The Kitchen offers ovens, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. Please bring any food items you may need during your stay. Dish soap is provided at properties with dishwashers.

Cancellation. Please Make sure you are familiar with our cancellation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages.

Occupancy Policy. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may, at Midway Vacation Properties option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
