This spacious residence is designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, complemented by a cozy sleeping loft. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious escape with a king-sized bed and a private balcony, while the second bedroom provides a comfortable queen-sized bed. For additional guests, the loft includes a set of bunk beds with a queen mattress on the bottom. The living area is defined by wonderful vaulted ceilings and a warm gas fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere for the whole group.

While the property is designed for comfort, its true magic lies in the surrounding access. Guests can enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats eight with an optional leaf. Step outside onto the balcony to take in a stunning 180-degree view spanning from the mountains to the west to the Heber Valley in the east.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated in the heart of Midway, the condo is just minutes from Wasatch State Park and within easy reach of the Park City and Sundance ski areas. The Zermatt Resort is located immediately across the street, offering two great restaurants, a carousel for children, and mini-golf. Within walking distance, you will find the Homestead Resort, famous for its golf course and warm-water crater used for scuba diving and paddle board yoga. For those seeking thrills, the area is a dream for back-country snowshoeing, skiing, snowmobiling, and Nordic cross-country tubing.

Check-In/Check-Out Time. Check-In anytime after 4 pm. Check-Out is at 11 am. Early arrivals can be arranged for a $50 fee depending on availability. Please submit requests for early arrival/late departure 24 hours before your arrival/departure.

No Daily Cleaning. For privacy and security of our guests, daily cleaning is not provided. Daily cleaning is available upon request at current standard cleaning rates. Additional linens are located in the sink cabinet. Any bookings 5 days or more will be provided with a mid-week refreshing of linens and toiletries.

Absolutely NO Smoking Indoors. A minimum $500 restoration fee will result in any evidence of smoking. The Utah Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking indoors. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any open window, entrance-way, exit, or air intake of a building where smoking is not permitted. Electronic cigarettes may not be used inside of buildings.

Absolutely NO Pets, Bikes or Sports Equipment. A minimum $500 restoration fee will result in any evidence of pets, bikes or sports equipment in the room. The building Codes, Covenants & Restrictions prohibits pets, bikes & sports equipment in the building.

Free High-speed Wireless Internet. Internet is available to all guests.

Kitchen offers ovens, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. Please bring any food items you may need during your stay. Dish soap is provided at properties with dishwashers.

Laundry Facilities. On-site laundry facilities are available for your use during your stay.

Cancelation. Please Make sure you are familiar with our cancelation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages.

Occupancy Policy. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may, at Midway Vacation Properties option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
