The interior is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and privacy, featuring two full beds and a Murphy bed, along with doors that provide added seclusion for your group.

While this is a self-catering vacation condo, it is equipped for your convenience. The interior features a full kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and Keurig, along with all the necessary pots, pans, and dishware to prepare meals. For ultimate relaxation, the bathroom includes a large jetted jacuzzi tub and shower combo. Guests can also step out onto the oceanfront balcony to enjoy breathtaking East Coast sunrises or watch dolphins play in the surf.

Location & Neighborhood The condo is situated at the Boardwalk Resort in downtown Myrtle Beach, placing you just steps from the Boardwalk, diverse dining options, shopping, and top attractions. You are within minutes of the Convention Center and the Myrtle Beach area's famous local and chain restaurants, as well as over 100 golf courses. Nearby highlights include the Myrtle Sky Wheel, the Pirate Ship, and the Sea Screamer for dolphin watching. • Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 to rent (proof of age required)

• Security Deposit: $200 required 2 days before check-in
• Parking: 1 spot allotted; surface parking and garage available (first-come, first-served). Trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking lots or garage.
• House Rules: Non-smoking unit. Do not leave items or trash outside the front door; nothing may be hung from the balcony. All garbage must be disposed of in the on-site compactor upon checkout.
• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided.
