Designed for comfort and versatility, the apartment features 1 bedroom with a wide bed and 1 bathroom. To accommodate up to 4 guests, the layout includes a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. The residence also offers a separate kitchen equipped with all its appliances. Thanks to the large windows throughout the property, the rooms are always full of natural light, ensuring a bright and inviting atmosphere that will never make you feel gloomy.
While the structured amenities list is concise, guests enjoy the full 42 square meters of the apartment to themselves with independent entry. Please note that while the apartment is located on the ground floor, accessing the unit requires climbing a few stairs; specifically, there are 5 steps before the main door and 3 steps before the apartment entrance.
Situated just a few meters from the iconic Laisvė Avenue, the location allows you to experience the hustle and bustle of the city while observing the busy urban life from a peaceful vantage point. Laisvės Aleja is rich with the history of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, offering a variety of beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, international restaurants, cafes, and bars. For a change of pace, a short walk in the opposite direction leads you to the attractively beautiful Nemunas embankment.
History enthusiasts will find the old town, the historical presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the town hall, Kaunas Castle, and Santaka Park all within easy reach. The neighborhood is highly walkable, though public transport via the Trafi and Žiogas apps, as well as Bolt and CityBee scooters, provide easy access to the rest of the city.

No shoes inside the apartment. No parties, events, or gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests). No smoking inside the apartment. Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00. Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets. Please do not move furniture (except chairs). The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly. Construction, roadworks, infrastructure maintenance, or other external works may occasionally take place around the property as part of ongoing city development and are outside our control, including their timing, duration, and noise levels. All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law. Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent and other essentials is provided. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay and should be purchased by guests as needed.
