Important Info to Help you Enjoy your Vacation at Shores of Panama

Property Wristbands: Must be worn on your wrist at all times while on property. This is for your safety as well as for your fellow guests. Children under the age of 8 are exempt from wearing wristbands. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRIST BAND! Replacement of a lost GUEST band is $100 payable by credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). Broken, wet, soggy wristbands (must have entire band) may be exchanged for a new one at no charge.

Quiet Time Hours & Disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund.

BALCONY YELLING: STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND CONSIDERED A DISTURBANCE OF THE PEACE

Balconies: Do not hang anything off the balcony, including towels and swimsuits.

Please Note: It is a Felony in the State of Florida to throw ANYTHING from the balcony. Any violation will result in eviction and the filing of a police report.

Elevators: Please do not hold elevator doors open, jump in elevator, press all elevator buttons, or exceed the posted capacity limits in the elevator. THIS WILL RESULT IN ELEVATOR FAILURE AND YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES

Pools & Hot-Tub: Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance

Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs. Only small flotation devices may be used in pool. No glass in or at pools or hot tubs. No diving.

Parking Garage: Vehicles over 6’ 11” in height are not permitted. Trailers are no longer allowed in parking garage. Garage Tip: Please stop and look well ahead of the corner turn in the parking garage to be sure no one is coming before you pull around the corner. Refer to the Garage Rules that are posted at the entrance of the garage. Avoid ruining your vacation by having your vehicle towed due to parking in a reserved space not assigned to you. Lost Parking Passes may not be replaced. No Golf Cart Parking.

PET POLICY: No pets are allowed on property except for owners who have registered them. Guests may not bring pets to the Shores of Panama -- No exceptions.

TRASH DISPOSAL/CHUTES: Doors are painted green. Available on every floor by each stairwell except 1st Floor. Bag all trash securely and send down the chute. Large items, furniture or other debris that does not fit in the chute may be disposed of in the dumpster located outside.

Inappropriate Attire is prohibited and is at the discretion of the Security Team.

Neither Owners nor Management is responsible for accidents or injuries.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on September 2024 - September 2026. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: We offer 5-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
