Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis; one dog may be permitted if disclosed and approved prior to confirmation, and dogs must be crated when left unattended. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the premises, with a $350 charge applied if detected. While the home is stocked with initial essentials, guests should plan to purchase additional paper products for longer stays.
