Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, additional fees may apply. -For same-day booking, please allow 60-90 minutes before checking in to prepare the villa.
1. Identification and Registration:
All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. This information is mandatory as per government regulations and is kept confidential, solely for security purposes.
1. Occupancy:
- There's a maximum occupancy for the villa. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure the comfort and safety of all occupants.
- Should a guest require an additional bed, a fee of 450k per bed per night will be applied. Kindly inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to enhance your stay.
- Guests aged 5 years or older exceeding the villa's specified occupancy limit will incur an additional charge of 250k/night/person.
1. Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00. Respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and fellow guests.
1. Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are provided; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
