Whether you're here to explore the Sonoran Desert, hit world-class trails, or simply unwind, this is your ideal Arizona base camp.

The unit sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 large bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed and new 2024 mattresses for the ultimate restful night. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is equally spacious and comfortable. A full bathroom with a newer tiled shower, updated toilet, and fresh vanity serves the unit.

The great room flows into a fully remodeled kitchen featuring a large island with breakfast bar, newer cabinets, granite counters, and updated appliances — comfortable for a chef and ready for your culinary creations. A game table and dedicated coffee or computer space round out the living area, making it easy to settle in whether you're here for a weekend or a longer stay.

Situated on 1.4 acres shared with just two other units, the property offers plenty of elbow room and a genuine sense of privacy. You're walkable to Sprouts, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Dutch Bros, with local Cave Creek gems like Janey's, The Grotto, Johnnie's, and Carefree Coffee Company just a quick Uber ride away. Evenings in town bring live music, local wine, and even the occasional bull riding event. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area and Cave Creek Regional Park — home to some of the Southwest's top mountain bike trails, stunning desert hikes like Elephant Butte, and horseback riding through the Tonto National Forest. Bicycle paths run along Cave Creek Road, and bike rentals are available right in town.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is available via keypad; designated parking is located along the south side of the property by the fence railing. No parties, no events, and no smoking on premises. Pets are not allowed. Cancellation policy: 90% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival; no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
