About Property

Escape to Mountain Top Retreat, a modern cabin and the perfect basecamp for your Island Park adventure! Located in Island Park, Idaho, this getaway puts you just 35 minutes from the wonders of Yellowstone National Park and within walking distance to the Henry's Fork River.

The cabin is designed for groups, featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a total capacity to sleep 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort: two private bedrooms each offer a king bed, while the third bedroom, located just off the game room with its own door, includes a queen bed. For additional guests or children, the game room provides two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total).

Inside, you will find an open-concept living area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating cozy gathering spaces designed for relaxing after a day of exploration. The home is packed with features to ensure a memorable stay, including:

• Private hot tub under the mountain sky
• Large front deck with BBQ and peaceful nature views
• Ooni pizza oven for cozy meals at home
• Stocked Game Room with foosball, ping pong, darts, and arcade games
• Comfortable living spaces with mountain cabin charm

Beyond the cabin, the surrounding area is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. You can enjoy ATV and UTV riding, kayaking, snowmobiling, hiking, or biking. Wildlife is abundant in the region; keep your camera ready for sightings of moose, elk, deer, bear, and sandhill cranes. Please note that the property sits at approximately 6,200 feet, so temperatures can turn chilly even in the summer—bringing a jacket and sturdy hiking shoes is highly recommended.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Access Note: The property is accessed via a rural road maintained by the local county. While most standard vehicles navigate it without issue, we suggest taking it slow. During the fall, winter, and spring months, an AWD vehicle is highly recommended. In winter, trailers may be difficult to maneuver through the neighborhood due to snow; we recommend using the overflow parking at the front of the neighborhood. For those flying in, the closest major airports are Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Bozeman, MT, with a smaller option at West Yellowstone Airport.
