• Guests must be 25 or older to book and stay; college spring breakers are not permitted.
• No pets allowed (building is monitored by security).
• Maximum stay is 14 days.
• Parking: Limited to one vehicle per reservation in the underground garage. Registration and a parking fee are required prior to arrival to receive a QR access code. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated in the garage; overflow parking is available but may be several blocks away.
• Please note: This condo does not currently have access to the Sandestin Tram.
