Our property is located right in front of the stunning Curuípe beach, offering mesmerizing views and direct access to the sand and surf. Whether you are planning a family reunion, a friends' getaway, or a corporate retreat, this home is designed to cater to groups of up to 10 people.

Designed for leisure, comfort, and tranquility, the home features a layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 4 bathrooms. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of crashing waves as you step onto your private balcony with a fresh cup of coffee. You can spend your days taking leisurely strolls along the shoreline, feeling the soft sand between your toes, or simply lounging by the beach to soak up the warm sun with your loved ones.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to all rooms, floors, and the entire property area, as well as the use of the condominium common areas. To ensure a seamless stay, the house operates with staff; hiring a maid is required at 200 reais per day, and an optional chef is available for 300 reais per day.

Located in the picturesque region of Porto Seguro, Bahia, Curuípe is famous for its beach and exciting outdoor activities. From hiking and water sports to boat trips, there is something for every nature lover or adrenaline junkie. For transportation, renting a car or using local cab apps like 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi is recommended.

• Check-in: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are allowed
• Electricity is charged as an extra; water is included
• Silence must be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Social visits are limited to between 8 AM and 10 PM, with a maximum of 4 visitors at a time
• Only listed guests are permitted to sleep over
• Intended use is residential only
• Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
• Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
• External areas are monitored by surveillance or recording devices
• Late key return after 10:00 AM may incur a charge of 2 nights' rent
• Rule breaches may result in the loss of the security deposit and potential eviction without refund
