To maintain the quality and safety of this luxury retreat, several house rules are strictly enforced. This property may only be booked by guests aged 25 or older. Due to the very high fire risk in the area, absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood. Pets are not allowed of any kind, and parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM. Additionally, guests must not tamper with smoke alarms and are required to use the exhaust fan when using oils or items that produce smoke. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises, and all guests must abide by Utah law and remain cordial and respectful to others.
