Welcome to The Reserve, where my husband and I are delighted to host you for a memorable stay in Sandy, Utah. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this newly renovated 2,250 square foot guesthouse, completely updated in 2024 to provide a fresh and modern retreat for your travels.

This sophisticated space is designed for relaxation and functionality, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior is elevated by professionally designed furnishings sourced from around the world, creating a unique and curated atmosphere throughout the home. Whether you are preparing a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen or unwinding after a day of adventure, every detail has been considered to ensure a high-quality experience.

The Reserve is perfectly positioned for those who love the outdoors. You will find yourself right next to the Brandon Park Trail, offering immediate access to nature, and just a short 10-minute walk to Bell Canyon Park. For winter enthusiasts, the area's premier ski resorts are only a convenient 20-minute drive away, making this the ideal base for both summer hiking and winter sports.

To ensure a seamless stay, we live upstairs on the main level of the property and are available to better assist you during your visit. Access to the guesthouse is simple: follow the path to the backyard of the house on the left side when facing the front of the property.

To maintain the quality and safety of our home and neighborhood, we have a few important house rules. Only guests aged 25 or older may book this property. Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, as this area carries a very high fire risk. Additionally, no pets are allowed of any kind, and no parties or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. We ask that guests abide by Utah law and remain cordial, respectful, and tolerant of others. Please be mindful of quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM. When using oils or items that produce smoke, please run the exhaust fan to avoid triggering the smoke alarms; tampering with or removing alarms is strictly prohibited.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you to this special sanctuary in the heart of the mountains.
