All guests must self-register via the Chekin platform to provide ID/passports and pay the mandatory tourist tax (9.50€ per guest over 17, up to 7 nights).

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Parties, drugs, and loud noises are completely forbidden (penalty of 400€ and possible eviction).
• Smoking indoors is prohibited (100€ charge plus cleaning fees).
• Key loss incurs a 100€ fee per key.
