The villa is designed for comfort and group gatherings, featuring a layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the downstairs bedroom features a double bed, while the upper floor hosts three additional bedrooms, including one large room with a double bed and two bedrooms each equipped with two single beds. For families, a baby bed and table chair are available to ensure a child-friendly stay.
Inside, the home boasts a cozy living room with a rustic look, complete with a dedicated sitting area and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. To enhance the ambiance during colder days, the villa features a fireplace. One of the most enchanting aspects of the property is the spacious south-facing garden and large terrace, where local rabbits regularly hop around, providing a touch of nature and plenty of privacy.
Located just a 600m walk from the beach, the villa puts the coast within easy reach while maintaining a quiet, secluded feel. Guests have access to the entire villa, with the exception of one private cabinet.
Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The nightly price includes the tourist tax, booking fees, and a welcome package containing kitchen linen and bath mats. There is a charge of €21 per guest for bedding and bath linens, and the beds will be provided made. Additionally, extra accessories such as camping beds or high chairs can be arranged for a fee via a separate payment link.

<p>As a little girl I cherished the holidays to Ameland every year. It was always a special occasion spent with the family. We stayed in different accommodations ranging from small houses to camping on the dunes. But as we got older, my parents wanted something even more in line with their ideas of the perfect holiday destination.</p> <p>After several years of searching and negotiating, they finally bought our family home in Duinhoeve. This was a milestone in our family life. It gave us the opportunity to visit the island more often and to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Ameland.</p> <p>The moment we got on the boat there was always a sense of excitement and excitement. It was the feeling of coming home. When I arrived in Duinhoeve, I immediately knew why my parents had bought the house. The house exuded peace and relaxation. It was like an oasis of calm in the middle of the island.</p> <p>The rooms were warm and inviting, and every corner of the house was filled with personal touches that reminded us that we were in a special place. It was a place where we could really relax and enjoy each other's company.</p> <p>Now that we are older and have taken the time to further renovate the house, we are proud of what we have created. Not only is it a place to holiday with family and friends, but it has also become a place where other people can experience that same sense of peace and relaxation.</p> <p>It is a special feeling to know that we can let others enjoy our own experiences and memories in Duinhoeve. Every time we rent out the house, we know that we are sharing a piece of our life with others. It feels like we are doing our part to let others enjoy what makes Ameland so special.</p>
