All sleeping quarters are located upstairs to ensure a peaceful separation from the main living areas. The master bedroom is a private retreat featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a versatile bunk bed with a twin-over-full configuration, while the third bedroom provides a queen-size bed. Bedrooms two and three share a convenient full-size bathroom.

Downstairs, the main living area is bathed in morning light, providing a comfortable space for everyone to gather. The layout flows seamlessly from the living room into a dining area and breakfast nook, which connect to a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances for easy meal preparation. For a moment of quiet, step out onto the small private patio with outdoor seating for two.

While the home provides a private entrance and the convenience of a washer and dryer, guests also enjoy access to the extensive Regal Palms community amenities. The resort also features an on-site restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via smart lock self check-in
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-outs may incur a fee up to $300)
• Parking: Free on-premises and street parking
• Pets: Not allowed
• Mandatory Resort Fee: $22.40 per day (including tax) for up to 10 people/wristbands, regardless of amenity usage
• Damage Protection: Required for all stays. For 1-night stays, a $250 refundable deposit is required. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between a $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
