Designed to accommodate large groups, the lodge features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. An elevator ensures easy access between levels for all visitors. The interior is defined by a bright great room with soaring wood-plank ceilings, a fireplace, and large windows that frame the surrounding water views. For dining and socializing, the space includes a full kitchen with double ovens and an island, complemented by a stylish bar and lounge area perfect for swapping fishing stories after a day on the bay.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can unwind on the expansive covered balcony overlooking the arroyo and wildlife refuge, or head down to the covered party deck and BBQ area equipped with smokers. Direct water access is provided via a boat dock and a lighted pier, ideal for fishing day or night.

Situated in the quiet community of Arroyo City, the lodge is the final private parcel before the entrance to Adolph Thomae Jr. County Park and the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. This location provides immediate access to world-class bay fishing for redfish, trout, and flounder. While the atmosphere is remote and peaceful, Rio Hondo and Harlingen are nearby for supplies, and the beaches of South Padre Island and Port Isabel are approximately 40 minutes away.
