The sleeping arrangements include a Queen size bed in the first bedroom and a second bedroom featuring a Queen size bed paired with a double Twin trundle daybed (consisting of a top Twin mattress and a pull-out Twin bottom). The living area provides additional flexibility with a Full size pull-out sofa bed and a Full XL size convertible sofa bed, ensuring ample space for larger groups.

Inside, you will find a refined interior boasting beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a massive skylight that floods the space with natural light. The apartment is equipped with a variety of features to ensure a seamless stay:

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties or gatherings; violation of House Rules may result in the termination of the stay without a refund. A refundable security deposit of $200 may be required via Stripe.

Parking is not included, though the Huron Garage and 500 N Broadway Lot are the nearest reserved options. Metered street parking is available with 2-hour limits from 8am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Loading zones are frequently available directly outside the building.

Additional Notes: Please handle the keys with extreme care as the door locks automatically; lockout fees are $180. Bedrooms feature roller shades, though light sleepers may wish to bring an eye mask as some morning light filters through. The bathroom walls have some cosmetic streaks that are currently being addressed by management.
