Please be aware that the property features a very steep driveway which may become icy or snowy during the winter months; for your safety, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4x4 vehicle or one equipped with snow tires.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. All guests, including infants and children, must be included in the reservation as they count toward the maximum occupancy. Additional guest fees of $50 per guest, per night, may apply where applicable. Please note that pets are not allowed. To maintain the tranquility of the home, gatherings, events, or additional guests are strictly prohibited without prior written approval; unapproved activity may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing within the applicable refund period. Full refunds are issued minus booking platform and payment processing fees.
