• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Only guests aged 25 or older may book this property
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• No pets allowed of any kind
• Absolutely no smoking permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood due to high fire risk
• Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 9:00 AM
• No parties or illegal substances permitted on the premises
• Do not tamper with or remove smoke alarms; please use the exhaust fan when cooking with oils
• Guests must abide by Utah law and remain cordial and respectful to other tenants
