Upstairs, the loft provides a generous space with vaulted ceilings, two queen-sized beds, a TV, and another ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, complemented by a walk-in closet and dresser for storage.

Designed for relaxation, the open living area boasts vaulted ceilings and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Large sliding glass doors lead to two private, west-facing decks with seating and forest views. Inside, you can wind down by the pellet stove or enjoy the smart TV and comfortable furnishings, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen provides ample space to prepare meals, while the dining table comfortably seats six.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this complex is extremely not pet friendly; the HOA does not allow pets. For service animals, the HOA requires forms to be filled out 48 hours in advance. While HOA amenities are generally available, accessibility may be impacted by extreme weather. Please be aware that the pool will be closed starting July 23, 2025, for at least four weeks.
