Designed across three distinct levels, the home offers a unique layout for your stay. The first level features the primary bedroom with a King bed and a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. Moving up to the second level, you will find the kitchen, the living room, laundry closet access, and the back balcony. The third level consists of an upper loft providing a second bedroom with a King bed and a convenient half bathroom.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with an associated fee and a strict "all four on the floor" policy (pets must stay off all beds and furniture).
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited; evidence of smoking results in a $500 fine.
• Parties: No-party policy is strictly enforced; violations result in a $500 fine and immediate departure.
• Departure Fees: Late departures are subject to a $35 fine for every 15 minutes. Additionally, a $25 fee applies for not departing at the designated time, with $35 for each additional hour after the first.
• Cleaning: For stays of 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is doubled for a deep clean.
• Special Options: Early check-in (after 1 PM) or late check-out (until 1 PM) may be available for $100 each.
• Lost Items: Shipping left-behind items incurs the cost of shipping plus a $50 flat fee.
