Designed for versatility and comfort, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The layout is thoughtfully spread across three levels: the main level hosts a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a hall bathroom; the downstairs area features a private king suite with its own bathroom; and the upstairs level includes one bathroom, a private queen bedroom, an open bunk room with four twin beds, and a charming kid-size passageway leading to a sleeping loft with two additional twin beds.

Entertainment is at the core of the Mountain Haven experience. A large, open playroom is equipped with shuffleboard, a ping pong table, foosball, and arcade games for all ages. For those who love to cook, the spacious and fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing big meals to be enjoyed at the large solid wood dining table. The living room offers plentiful couches and chairs for lounging, while the outdoor deck provides a serene escape where you can take a dip in the hot tub while surrounded by trees. You will have the entire dwelling and a large yard completely to yourself.

Located in beautiful mountainous surroundings, the home is just a three-minute drive from Sundance Resort. Guests can easily access a variety of activities including skiing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and fly fishing, as well as local restaurants, live music, a spa, and an art studio.

• Parking: Restricted to designated spaces for up to 6 cars; no street parking
• Winter Requirements: 4WD, AWD, or chains are required from November to April
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
• Policies: No smoking or vaping (minimum $500 fee); maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number of individuals on the reservation
• House Rules: Please respect neighbors regarding noise and conduct. This property uses a sensitive mountain septic system; flush only toilet paper. Pets are allowed provided fees are paid.
• Refund Policy: No refunds for early departure or events beyond the host's control, including weather.
